SOUTHAM BOOK FESTIVAL 2019
YOUNG WRITERS COMPETITION

The competitions are open to young writers in Key Stages One, Two, Three and Four attending local schools or living in the area.

The competitions are for original poems or short stories as indicated below under Competition Requirements
-
Work submitted must be the young writer’s own unaided work.

Closing date is Friday Sept 27th
-
There is no entry fee
-
Entries can be hand written or word processed and delivered in hard copy to The Graham Adams Centre, St James Rd, Southam, CV47 0LY

Each entry must be accompanied by a separate cover sheet ( see below)

Parental consent is required for every entry ( see below)

PRIZES TO Winners and Runners up will be presented at the Southam Book Festival at the Graham Adams Centre on October 20th 2019.

FOR KEY STAGE THREE – A short story, not more than 500 words (including title) on any subject.
